When I download the file

it always says failed virus scan when I try to fix it it gets even worse

It wont work for the 64 or 69 zip download when I right click 7-zip was not there when I click extract all it says I need permission please help me asap pls

I cant extract it it says No Archives found and when I try extract it in a Zip folder it wont work it needs permission and its Inaccessible in Win RAR please help me I am in a ASUS VivoBook and the software is Windows
